******There is a surplus store in my town that sells the overstock of makeup from all the other drugstores, so if this stuff is from "last season" ...that's why ahha but I have all these products myself from the same store, and there is nothing wrong with them :)HI GUYS!
Sorry for the lack of posts and updates and what not...but hopefully this makes up for it!
I don't know about where you guys live, but here in Maine, fall time is definitely here.....and it's in full swing haha. Which is terrific, cause I love me some sweater weather.
BUT ANYWAYS!
I thought it would be fun to do a little giveaway featuring some of my absolute favorites! I know it's not too huge or super fancy, but when it comes to eye makeup, drugstore is always my go to haha
Now, when it comes to fall, I like to keep my makeup subtle, just because I don't like to take away from my outifts hehe.

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE Rimmel, everything of theirs is so fantastic, and their quads certainly don't disappoint! 007 aka Heart of Gold is my ALL TIME FAVE! I first picked it up last year and quickly fell in love with it.....meaning I had to stalk up, and I found it again this year so I HAD to pick it up and share it with you guys ahha. 002 aka English Oak is a new one I added to my collection recently, and it is PERFECT for a subtle smokey eye, which is PERFECT for the fall time. I also loveee how the smallest shade in 002 has a nice redish color in it. Red for the fall has always been my fave.
The pigmentation for these is amazing, and even without a primer, they last allll day long....and I have slightly oily lids. They glide on with ease and don't crease at all.
OH! These are also shimmery shades, so keep that in mind.

Oh my god I love this so much, it's not even funny! So like I said...I love me some red for the fall, whether it be in my outfits or on my lids, and maybelline does not disappoint! It has a solid red on my part and a baked shadow on the other. Now, for this I would consider using primer, just to keep the strong color as pigmented, because it does tend to fade if you wear it for extended periods of time, BUT if you don't own primer, NO BIG DEAL! Just use a light base color over your lids to give these a little extra va-voom.
I like to wear the red over my lid and sweep the baked shadow in the crease. BUT the red does look amazing when you use it in a smokey effect, with the red being on the outer corner :) A++++
Girl, you can't put on your eyeshadow without a brush! I know this set is not all eye brushes, but I love ecoTools, and this set came with a brush holder that was too cute to pass up, so TADA! This is the collab with Alicia Silverstone, and I've actually loved this collection for a while now...and yes her name and face on it have to do with it, ahah but I love ecoTools brushes because they're 100% recycled and all that good stuff...but the quality is amazing and they're SO SOFT! Usually when I use brushes like these they're scratchy and what not, but it's like these brushes got kissed by little pillow fairies. LOVE LOVE LOVE
**i use the stippling brush to actually apply my blush over foundation....hehe personal preference.
& LAST BUT NOT LEAST
You can't go to sleep with all that stuff on your face! These towelettes are the bomb diggity, because they're made specifically for eye makeup, and it doesn't burn the eyes like some other make up removers do haha.

Hmm.. my favorite fall fashion. I can only name one? lol. The thing about fall is it IS fashion. In summer you can wear very minimal pieces.
But in Fall, Thats when your true style comes to life! You can layer with chunky scarves, Oversized sweaters, Gold jewelry, dark nail polish, hats, gloves, skinny jeans and BOOTS. All of those are my favorite!
Along with the food and wonderful vibe and smells of the season ;)

My favorite fall fashion trend? Definitely flannel, you can dress it or dress it down. It's so comfortable too!
My favorite fall trends clothing-wise are plaid shirts and sweaters (especially tribal print ones). Makeup-wise my favorite trend is darker lips, they just look so fierce!
