Mota Haul | Bethany Mota x Aeropostale

  So, if you've been in the youtube community for a while, you surely know who Bethany Mota (macbarbie07) is and that she recently launched her new clothing line with Aeropostale & if you didn't know...well now you do haha. PS make sure to scroll all the way down to the bottom hehe.

  Now, usually when someone famous does a collab with a company, I'm always immediately skeptical, because it's typically really lame and/or really really cheesy. Being that Aeropostale's target is teeenagers and Bethany is indeed a teenager, I was expecting this line to be really tacky and full with graphic tees with really dumb quotes or things like "lol txt me" you know...shirts they sell at kmart kinda thing, BUT I was very, VERY impressed to see that her line was very sophisticated and very classy. I'm 20 years old, so for me to say that I can buy clothes from Aeropostale  without being embarrassed is a big thing haha

While there are a few graphic tees (the ones i hate. with words or cheesy graphics on it) in her line, I can look past them ,because there's so many other cute items to even the playing field. She also has a wide variety of accessories to choose from. I think this line does a great job of incorporating her personality while keeping up with the current trends. Current trends, meaning a lot of cropped tops. Probably the one thing I hate about the collection. BUT that's a personal preference. Crop tops are in right now, (I really wish they would just go already but whatever, haha) so I can understand why they chose to make a lot of the designs cropped-ish.  I didn't pick up too, too much, primarily because I wanted to see the quality and how the clothes actually fit as opposed to just going off of the stock photos, because Bethany is pretty much half my size, haha. I'm glad I took that route, because a lot of the items don't fit as they appear in the photos. I got a size larger than what I would normally wear for a looser fit...didn't work as planned but that's okay. It's still cute and I'll still wear it regardless haha.

so cozy, omg you don't even know

This sweater is literally SO soft it's crazy. I bought it because it was listed as a tunic, and sweater dresses are my weakness in the fall time. I was a little dissappointed by this though, because it's not as long as it looked in the picture, nor is it as...."loose" as it looked. Like I said, I'm not sure if it's because you have to get like 2 sizes bigger, but yeah. I got a size larger than what I would normally get and it just fits like a normal sweater. Still cute, so I'll still wear it.  LOVE the lace trimming at the bottom too!

SKATER SKIRRRTTTSSSSS

If you buy any of the skirts, make sure you wear some spandex or something underneath, cause they're pretty see through! Unless you wanna flash strangers your undies, go with tights or spandex haha. Trust me, I almost left the house without anything underneath and it would've been tragic
 All in all, I love her collection and I can't wait to own more of her fabulous designs!  Have you picked anything up yet?  What's on your wishlist?  -------------
